A while back I made the 1% change commitment to cut out the processed cheese in my life. Everything has gone pretty smoothly and we even made some delicious pizza WITHOUT cheese. It was absolutely delicious!
Instead of cheese, we filled the pizza up with yummy veggies, deer meat (from a recent trip to PA with a friend), pepperoni, peppers, onions, spinach, and a little marinara sauce. After loading up the dough, I just popped it in the oven. Then, voila! The perfect cheese-less pizza!
